Least and most

This is the least amount of glass I have ever cleaned since I started this job but also the most meaningful.  It is the baptistry glass at the church where I pastor and it will be used for the first time since I came there for baptism this coming Sunday.

Colossians 3:23

  1. Aww shucks! I was hoping that was a puppet window and me an' Dew could sneak in some Sunday and secretly do some Punch and Judy routines while you preach.

  2. Pssst...Dew...I got an idea. Let's go by PetSmart Saturday afternoon - they've got large Comet goldfish for 27¢ - we'll get about four dozen and sneak into the church Saturday night and put 'em in the Baptistry.

The newly Baptized can say "I found Nemo!"

And Todd can feed sushi to the masses after service!

  3. Dew reports, via email, that he can't leave comments on this blog, so it falls to me to come up with all the good ideas.

If we can find an inflatable shark (Dew, ya got a shark in your inflatables collection?), or at least a dorsal fin - this will take some cooperation from the organist - we can cue him/her to play the Jaws riff when the curtain to the baptistry is pulled open.

    Brilliant, huh?
